**1. To Sale Insurance.**

**2. Should be responsible for cross selling & up-selling**

**3. Resolve all the customer queries.**

**4. Give a good assistance for the customer about health insurance & make sales.**

**5. Maintain accurate record of all calls made and received.**

**6. Should be able to liaise with the appropriate department to resolve customer complaints.**

**7. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.**

**1. Minimum qualification 12th or any degree.**

**2. Fresher or Experienced working as Tele sales executive.**

**3. Basic Excel knowledge & Math skills.**

**4. Strong Negotiation and consultative sales skills.**

**5. Effective communication & convincing skills.**
