**Roles and responsibilities:

- **
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- To help the students for choose right course for their future.
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback And Handling customer problems also.
- Initiate, negotiate and close deals with existing and new customers.
- The role requires a combination of technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
- Identify, qualify and present potential customers for product development. And resolving queries about product.
- Dealing with difficult situations in a calm manner.

**Key skills required:

- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Act as sales, business development and marketing representative for key accounts.
- Creating and delivering high-quality presentations.
- Be able to communicate with a wide range of people from all levels of the organization
- Be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Convince decision makers to purchase products or services.

**Qualification**:

- MBA, BBA, Graduation, Computer skill

**Experience: - **minimum 1 year

**Salary: - **1.2 L - 1.44 L/Anum

**Schedule**: - day shift (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)

**Job type**: - regular & permanent
