**Job Description**:
Job Description: Tool Designer

1. Should be able to understand Repair tooling requirements and prepare tooling concept designs, do follow-ups with various departments and be able to get customer reviews for the tooling concept designs

2. Should identify and analyze the gaps at engine/module disassembly and assembly processes to improve speed and productivity

3. Should work on to include new procedures, re-sequencing, alternate methods, tool redesign in NX CAD software or modification etc.

4. Should author paperwork, develop technical drawings and specifications

5. Should be able to work independently and responsible for own work and quality of deliverable with no supervision

Job Requirements & Qualification:
1. Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3-5 years of experience in Tool design

3. Should have knowledge of Aero-engine components and MRO shop floor experience

6. Should have strong knowledge on quality assurance Repair process planning and assembly
- disassembly procedures

Skills & Experience

Aircraft Engines, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Design Concepts, Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (GD&T), Siemens NX, Tool Design
