- Assist in negotiating and drafting commercial and vendor agreements
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations
- Provide administrative support for legal documentation
- Participate in developing company policies on legal issues
- Assist in compliance projects, particularly with data privacy regulations
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on applicable laws and regulations

**Skills**:A law degree (LLB/LLM) from an accredited law school

Excellent written and spoken English
