**Position Title**: Senior Bartender

**Job Summary**:
As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to patrons while ensuring a positive and memorable experience. This role involves managing the bar area, creating innovative and high-quality drinks, and providing leadership to junior bartenders. The Senior Bartender plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized bar, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of the establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and process drink orders efficiently.
- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about beverages.
- **Bartending**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Create new and innovative drink recipes.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of drinks.
- **Bar Management**:

- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the bar area.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Provide guidance and support to junior bartenders.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Assist in training new staff members.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with customers to enhance their experience.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Upsell and promote featured drinks or specials.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Accurately process payments and give change to customers.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions securely.
- **Knowledge and Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of various beverages and mixology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- **Professionalism**:

- Maintain a neat and clean appearance.
- Adhere to company policies and standards.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
