- Track progress of new store operations post opening
- Drive critical process across stores in region
- Deliver training on processes, new SOP updates to staff (existing + new

- Responsible for conducting SOP audits across stores
- Drive various business projects
- Ideate & implement best practices across stores
- Maintain risk-issue log to identify future risks & timely escalation of critical
- risks to senior management
