Global Sourcing Compliance Representative

Global Sourcing is seeking to hire a passionate, self-motivated and people-oriented employee to join our Policy and Quality Compliance team. You will join a well-established team responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance to Agilent’s Indirect Procurement Policy, Agilent QMS and procurement controls, and work together with the rest of the organization on continuous improvement.

This is a full-time position with Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 day remote).

**Responsibilities include**:
The responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:

- Build relationship with business partners especially quality team(s) and stakeholders through effective communication and regular interaction
- Manage supplier qualification process in compliance with medical device requirements.
- Manage the supplier re-evaluation process to assure medical device requirements are satisfied
- Manage the SCAR process to assure remediation plans are implemented and issues are closed.
- Manage the Corrective / Preventive Action (CAPA) System, Document Control Program, and Training program for Global Sourcing.
- Support quality management processes and coordinate the resolution of critical indirect supplier quality or compliance issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to assure Global Sourcing operational compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and Medical Device regulations, per-country and other regulations as applicable.
- Support compliance data analysis and reporting of Global Sourcing compliance performance. Provide compliance metrics compilation and reporting.
- Raise supplier quality requirements and compliance awareness through trainings and communication in Global Sourcing and to key stakeholders and business quality partners.
- Identify opportunities and lead initiatives for continuous improvement of Global Sourcing processes and controls.
- Support procurement compliance activities related to indirect procurement policy such as internal audit, self-audits, operational control verifications, SOX audits, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or Master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent.- 2 years of relevant experience in either procurement supporting operations or sourcing role or quality compliance role supporting supplier qualification and supplier quality management activities
- Experience supporting quality problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of quality systems and how quality systems are designed and operate to satisfy regulatory requirements is desired.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 certification standard, audit methods and quality improvement tools, and experience with ISO 13485 and/or FDA regulations is desired.
