About the Role

Key Responsibilities

**Audit & Accounts**
- Assist in audits of individuals, huf’s and companies.
- Work on accounting in **Tally**and ensure books of accounts are maintained accurately.
- Can check market rates and corporate action for shares from Money control. Can understand capital gains arising from sale of shares and MF’s.
- Draft financial statements and related reports.

**ROC Compliance**
- Handle **filing of all statutory forms**on MCA/ROC portal within prescribed deadlines.
- Draft and prepare **Board Resolutions**and **Minutes of Meetings**.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and related regulations.

**NBFC Compliance**
- Prepare and file statutory returns/forms on the **RBI portal**for NBFC.
- Maintain compliance documentation and ensure timely submission of required filings.

**General Compliance & Support**
- Assist in preparing audit documentation and compliance trackers.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth compliance operations.
- Provide accurate and timely support to the Audit/Compliance Manager in ongoing assignments.

Qualifications & Skills
- **Educational Qualification**:Semi-qualified **CS/CA**. **Specialized Knowledge**:

- **ROC Work**:Filing statutory forms on MCA portal, drafting resolutions & minutes.
- **NBFC Work**:Filing compliance forms/returns on RBI portal.

**Basic Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in **Tally**and basic accounting.
- Audit exposure for **Individuals and Companies**.
- Understanding of **share market transactions**.
- Good **communication and drafting skills**(English proficiency preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and Compliance requirements.

Experience
