**Job Profile: Audit & Compliance Executive**

As an Senior Audit & Compliance Executive, your primary responsibility is support in various audit tasks within an organization. Your attention to detail, proficiency in auditing and strong organizational skills will contribute to the efficient operation of the finance department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform & control the full audit cycle including risk management, control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, compliance with all applicable directives & regulations.
- Determine Internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
- Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation and reports, data, flowcharts.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
- Document process and prepare related different licenses of the organization.
- Conduct follow up different licenses renewal procedure from senior reporting manager.
- Conducting Credit Audits of Banks
- Conducting Stock Audits and Construction Finance Audit
- Preparing Stock Audit reports
- Other misc work of Banks
- Daily reporting of critical observation
- Other weekly / Monthly reporting
- Preparation of MIS
- Reporting to seniors

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Minimum Work experience: 3-5 years in Statutory audits, Stock Audits/ Other Banking Audit Work
- Good understanding of accounting policies and accounting standards
- Well versed with auditing techniques
- Proficient with MS Office/Tally/Preferably having some working knowledge on SAP and other ERPs
- **Flexibility with travelling to other branch**
- Hard working and dedicated.

Duty hours -10 am - 7 pm/Monday to Saturday
