Responsibilities ;
- The Student Counsellor shall have the following job responsibilities:

- Counseling students for Overseas Education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, and programme selection Provide accurate information regarding Countries like CANADA, UK, USA and AUSTRALIA
- Solving Student queries, guidance on choosing the right country and all information pertaining to obtaining student visa process.
- Handling Registrations for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE as well as follow-up of all the study abroad inquiries.
- Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/universities and use the knowledge in helping students Analyse the mind-set of the students who are interested in abroad education and Motivate and encourage clients to take up the course.
- Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals.
- Responsible for timely reporting to the branch Head.

Qualifications ;
- The Student Counsellor should possess:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant Study Abroad industry experience.
- Interact confidently with Parents and Students possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during the phone conversations. Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
- Should be Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Must have Sound judgement

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Counselling: 2 years (preferred)
