We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Business Analysis**

**Principal responsibilities**
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and changes.
- Analyze and clarify testing requirements based on functional and non-functional specifications.
- Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans that outline scope, approach, resources, and schedule.
- Identify test scenarios based on user stories and requirements in tools like Jira.
- Test Design: Create detailed test cases and scripts for different testing types, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). And ensure test cases cover all functional areas and edge cases.
- Test Execution: Execute test cases, document results, and track defects using Jira or similar tools. And perform SIT to validate integration points and UAT to ensure the system meets user needs.
- Defect Management: Identify, log, and prioritize defects found during testing.
- Test Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular status reports on testing progress, test results, and defect status.
- Communicate risks and issues to project stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment on testing activities. And participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews in agile environments.
- Automation: Identify opportunities for automation in testing processes and collaborate with automation engineers to develop and execute automated test scripts.
Requirements- At least 2-5 years of experience in software testing, specifically in financial services or global markets environments.
- Proven experience in various testing types, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Proficiency in using test management tools such as Jira for tracking requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Familiarity with other testing tools (e.g., Selenium for automation, LoadRunner for performance testing) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial products, trading systems, and market regulations.
- Experience with change projects related to trading platforms, risk management systems, or compliance tools is beneficial.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Knowledge of Agile testing practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex requirements and identify potential issues.
- Ability to design effective test cases based on business requirements.
- Experience in preparing and presenting test reports and status updates.
