**We are having requirement for Workshop Incharge for ( JCB - Refurbishment Division)**

**Role And Responsibilities**:
**1. Team Management**: Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians, mechanics, and other support staff in Workshop

**2. Workflow Planning**: Prioritize tasks, assign jobs, and manage workload to meet deadlines and productivity targets.

**3. Quality Control**: Ensure high standards of workmanship, inspect completed tasks, and address any quality issues( PDI).

**4. Safety Management**: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a safe working environment.

**8. Training and Development**: Identify training needs, provide coaching, and support professional growth.

**9. Budgeting and Cost Control**:Manage workshop expenses, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.

**ROLE REQUIRES**:

- **Education Qualifications **:B- Tech ( Mechanical )/ Diploma In Mechanical / ITI (Mechanical )
- **Experience Required**:5-10 Years in Workshop Management/ Workshop business In charge / Floor Supervisor / Head Technician / Engine Specialist.
- Should have Leadership skills and Management skills.
- Should have good technical skills ( Engine / Hydraulics )
- Having good Knowledge of Earthmover and Construction Equipment Industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Workshop Incharge: 5 years (preferred)
- PDI: 4 years (preferred)
