- Accounts Receivables Billing & Invoicing Process_

- Responsibilities_
- _Validate orders entered with contract and research billing errors or missing Sales orders (SO’s)_
- _Prepare Billing Data and reconcile with the system data to find and report errors._
- _Manage end to end Billing validations as per the requests from the sales team._
- _Coordinate internally within finance department or with sales for billing corrections as needed._
- _Validate the invoices in AX vs Purchase order/ Sales order_
- _Creation of summary billing on the Customer/Sales request based on guidelines provided_
- _Perform various billing transactions as per process requirements and ensure there is no miss in service levels for the respective month_
- _Ensure Third-Party Portal Invoice uploads within the agreed turnaround time and accuracy._
- _Ensure Billing dispatch on time meeting daily agreed turnaround time and accuracy_
- _Be flexible to extend working hours and support the business during the month end, Quarter ends and Year end._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent_
- _Relevant Prior work experience_
- _You are required to work in US time zone_
- _ERP experience of Microsoft AX, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP_
- _Subscription billing experience would be an added advantage_
- _Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally_
- _Ability to work both individually and in a team environment_
- _Ability to think creatively and find solutions to issues_
- _Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy_
- _Ability to self-manage, take the initiative and escalate to the team leads or managers as needed_
- _Effective follow up skills to maintain a healthy relationship_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Working with US based clients is mandatory._
- _Familiarity with computer products and programs are desirable for this position_
- _Experience in IT distribution/hardware/software industry will be an advantage_
- _ERP experience of Microsoft AX preferred_
- _Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce_
