We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Data Entry Executive to join our team in Calicut for the US shift. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter accurate and complete data into various digital formats, such as spreadsheets, databases, and content management systems.
- Verify and proofread the data for consistency and accuracy.
- Organize and categorize data according to established procedures.
- Perform data cleansing tasks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Follow established protocols for data security and confidentiality.
- Maintain detailed records of data entry activities.
- May be required to learn and utilize specialized data entry software programs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding data entry tasks and any potential issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using various data entry software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to identify and rectify errors.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on both written and spoken English for clear and concise communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a US time zone environment
- Adaptable and eager to learn new processes and technologies.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
