**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Data Entry Executive with a strong background in data entry and basic knowledge of accounting tasks. The role will primarily focus on maintaining records and documentation, while supporting simple accounting functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Data Entry (Main Role)**:

- Enter and update company and project records
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation
- Prepare reports and summaries for management
- Assist in office coordination and record tracking

**Accounting (Support Role)**:

- Record basic accounting entries (invoices, payments, expenses)
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes
- Assist with payroll and vendor reconciliations
- Prepare simple financial reports using Excel or Tally

**Preferred Background**
- Experience in engineering consultancy or construction firms is an added advantage
- Familiarity with typical accounting responsibilities in these industries is a plus

**Skills Required**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting tools like Tally (preferred)
- Good organizational and documentation skills

**Salary**
₹7,000 - ₹10,000 (based on skills and experience)
