**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by Design Department.
2. Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the facility. To float enquiry to Approved Vendors.
3. Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money.
4. Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract.
5. Receiving the price quotations. (Competitive quotes)
6. Prepare schedule of comparison
7. Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality.
8. Establish delivery terms, time, and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team.
9. Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.
10. Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity
11. Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, management, negotiation, and preparation of contracts.
12. Set policy and guidelines for delivering commercial and cost-effective procuring process for the business.
13. Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this regard
14. Issuance of Purchase order.
15. Tracking and expediting of Shipment.
16. Handle Delivery and inspection of items. Assist in Insurance claims, if any.
17. Storage and handling on site, prior to use, during installation and commissioning and closure of any surplus/defective materials after the completion of the project.
18. Client acceptance/rejection, warranties and other related follow up matters with the supplier till completion of Project.
19. Keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor Development.
Experienced in investigating the market with specifications and performance requirements of the required products, analyzing technical and commercial data based on the responses received, re-iterates with bidders, recommending those most desirable using tools like bid comparison tables/ BOQs.

We are majorly serving to sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers & Chemical Plants and our clientele includes HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, GNFC, NFL, etc.
Each & every equipment manufactured have its own specification & standards, depending on which the manufacturing cycle of equipment also vary from project to project.
Equipment produced & manufactured undergoes a stage wise production activity before completion into finished product with an average time cycle of 06 - 08 months.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
