**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain and update campaign trackers, billing records, and client deliverables.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to media plans, execution status, billing, payments, etc.
- Prepare media-wise spend analysis and client servicing reports.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with Client Servicing, Media Buying, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure real-time data entry and updates.
- Assist in reconciling campaign delivery vs. billing reports.
- **Automation & Efficiency**:

- Create automated dashboards and templates using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI (if applicable).
- Identify and implement process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure all documents related to tenders, release orders, work orders, and invoices are properly recorded and traceable.
- Support audits by preparing accurate documentation and data records.
- **Support for Government/PSU Clients**:

- Track tender requirements, eligibility documents, media plans submitted, and results awarded.
- Maintain a digital and physical filing system for PSU/Govt. media work, empanelment, and payment follow-ups.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Advanced proficiency in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros preferred)
- Good command of **Google Sheets** and **data visualization tools**:

- Attention to detail and a structured approach to data
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with media terms, ad releases, billing, and client servicing workflows (especially for DAVP, Railways, and PSUs)

**Educational Qualification**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / IT or related field
(MIS certification or Excel specialization will be an added advantage)

**Experience**:
2-5 years of experience in MIS, preferably in an advertising, media, or marketing agency

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Exposure to **Govt. & PSU ad accounts**:

- Experience working with **Print, Outdoor, and Digital campaign data**:

- Ability to handle high volumes of data and work under deadlines

Pay: ₹12,161.07 - ₹29,936.08 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
