Design Transform Hub (DTH) is a creative design firm focused on delivering innovative architectural and interior design solutions. We work closely with vendors, suppliers, and clients to bring each project to life with high standards and attention to detail. We are looking for an enthusiastic **Junior Architect** to support vendor relations, marketing activities, and assist with design and interior design tasks.

Job Summary

As a Junior Architect at DTH, you will be actively involved in various aspects of the design process. This includes visiting vendors, gathering materials, supporting marketing efforts, and directly assisting with architectural and interior design projects. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas in the architecture and design field.

Key Responsibilities
- **Vendor Visits**: Conduct regular visits to vendor shops and suppliers to evaluate materials, negotiate prices, and secure necessary resources for projects.
- **Site Visits & Inspections**: Perform site visits to ensure that materials meet design specifications and that quality standards are upheld.
- **Market Research**: Research new materials, finishes, and furniture options available in the market. Identify and assess potential vendors who align with our project needs.
- **Design & Interior Support**: Assist senior architects and designers with architectural and interior design tasks, including drafting layouts, developing 3D visualizations, and creating mood boards.
- **Space Planning & Interior Layouts**: Contribute to the development of interior layouts, space planning, and decor concepts to meet client specifications and optimize the functionality of each space.
- **Marketing Support**: Capture on-site photos, collect design materials, and assist with preparing content for social media to promote our projects and services.
- **Documentation & Project Tracking**: Maintain organized records of vendor interactions, materials sourced, and project-related documents.
- **Trend Awareness**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in design and interiors, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in architecture or interior design is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong design portfolios are welcome.
- **Skills**: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with MS Office and social media platforms is a plus.
- **Design Aptitude**: Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and space, with the ability to contribute creatively to interior layouts and decor ideas.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with vendors, clients, and the internal team.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks.
- **Driver’s License**: Preferred, as travel to various locations, vendor shops, and project sites will be required.

Physical & Other Requirements
- **Travel**: Regular travel within the city to vendor locations and project sites.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
