**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best products or services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, or company policies.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate as needed.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and customer handling techniques.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluent in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
