We are **_ #GoingBeyond_** Come join our crew **The Role** - Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in client environments - Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meeting changing needs and requirements - Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation level, ideally higher - Proven experience with key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS - Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc. - Experience with implementing integrations with ServiceNow ITOM and other areas that compliment ITOM expertise such as ITBM, SecOps, GRC or SAM. - Creation of script-based Assignment and Approval rules, custom related lists, Access Control list, UI Policy and client script. - Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes and hands on with ITIL process implementation. - Expert level proficiency in at least four product lines including current CIS certification in at least three of the four - Conduct requirements gathering workshops **What You Will Be Doing** - Help integration team in planning and packaging the ServiceNow integration solutions. - Lead workshops or integration/implementation projects as the SME in your field. - Work with Sales/Presales team on Demo and Proof of Value for prospective customers. - Conduct requirements Analysis sessions and customer workshop - Draft use cases and functional requirements, proposal, SOW documents for solutions - Reviewing and providing guidance on functional requirements documentation - May provide technical assistance in a pre-sales capacity **What You Bring Along** - Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (ITBM, SecOps, GRC, SAM)) - Demonstrated Enterprise Architecture skills, especially in Enterprise System Management and IT Service Management space including the ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move projects forward. - 5+ years of client facing consulting experience. - 5+ years of leadership level experience with Enterprise Management tools and IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow (or BMC Remedy, etc.) - Collaboration with customers is something you love to do Including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - Thrives in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. - Experience with IT systems and technology platforms - Adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment **Education**: - A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience] **Certifications & Knowledge** **We Take Care of Our People
