This role is ideal for someone with deep platform expertise, strong architectural vision. Primary ServiceNow Skills (Must-Have)ITSM,CSM,ITOM,ITAM,HSRD,GGRC,CMDB Key Responsibilities- Serve as the technical authority for ServiceNow architecture and platform best practices.- Define and drive the platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and design standards.- Lead implementation across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom apps.- Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and seamless integrations.- Conduct solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance sessions.- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.- Mentor ServiceNow developers and admins; enforce technical excellence.- Stay current with latest ServiceNow releases, trends, and marketplace solutions.- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, ITIL, and security best practices. Required Qualifications- 10+ years of IT experience; 8+ years dedicated to ServiceNow.- Strong expertise with ITSM and at least two modules (ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps).- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).- Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer.- Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and data modeling.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
