**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Oracle Database administration
- Represent team in the calls
- Handle L3 tasks and projects
- Perform regular Health Checks of servers
- Backlog reduction maintiain SLA,CSAT
- You have to perform the proficient role, that requires Database Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting on the databases with Oracle releases 10g/ 11g and willing for 24x7 rotational shift support.
- Responsible for Database Administration on production databases with Oracle releases 10g/ 11g
- This position requires proficiency in Backup and Recovery, Database Administration.
- To extend the required technical support for all issues related to production Database(s) and also during the product development, testing and release phases.
- Define the required Oracle patch level (based on Oracle support and our Company requirement)

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- About 5-8 Yrs Relevant Experience as DBA
- 24/7 support of production database services to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by business systems
- Installation and monitoring of Oracle databases.
- Management and maintenance of back-ups & recovery policies/procedures.
- DB RMAN backup and Recovery.
- Security and access control.
- Handle L3 tasks & activities as per business requirement.
- Perform regular Health Checks of servers
- Backlog reduction maintain SLA,CSAT

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge of Primary Oracle
- experience in OEBS ,
- Mongo DB,
- Soft skill.
- Effective communicator (both written & verbal), Quick learner, flexible and open for 24X7 support including weekends, good Interpersonal skills, Problem solving and diagnostic skills, Team working skills and Customer centric approach
