**Job Title: IIT/NEET Program Lead**

**Primary Objective**
- **Facilitating the journey from surface level learning through strategies like visualizing, imagery, note taking, sifting, etc., to deep understanding, concept mapping, analysing, reasoning and critical thinking.**_

**Qualification**
- PG/B Tech Grad. with specialisation in Math/Physics/Chemistry/Biology
- B.Ed./M.Ed. will be an added advantage
- Should have at least two years of experience in a similar assignment
- Good at communicating in English. Knowledge of Telugu & Hindi will be preferable

**Skill Set**
- A profound understanding of the fundamental philosophy of IIT Mains/Advanced/NEET Examinations and their pattern
- Strong pedagogical skills that promote logical/analytical thinking among students
- Ability to impart basics as well as advanced concepts with ease ensuring a smooth transition
- Ability to make abstract concepts come alive through analogies, illustrations and simulations
- Technical knowhow of online education and blended learning
- Content delivery strategies in offline/online/blended learning modes
- Robust Student Assessment Techniques with focus on analysis of question paper patterns and setting of competitive and quality question papers

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum & Teaching**
- Devise lesson plans to transact +2/IIT/NEET foundation curriculum
- Facilitate open classroom discussions, assess performance and modify teaching/learning techniques
- Devise and implement classroom management techniques
- Ensuring assessment and feedback strategies are of the highest standards
- Encourage alternative learning methods
- Leverage digital technology to facilitate learning
- Plan, update and upgrade curricula material

**Training & Development**
- Conduct internal training sessions and professional development workshops from time to time
- Undertake Research and Development activities
- Interact with parents, department heads and counselors on student progress and performance
- Work collaboratively
- Learn incessantly
- Innovate, Adapt & Adopt
- Communicate your ideas and thoughts clearly
- Think of solutions rather than problems

Effectively deal with people of different mindsets and make them work towards a common goal.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
