**Job Summary**:
Leap Booster Technology is looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a **Video Editor & Videographer**. This combined role requires someone who is passionate about both capturing high-quality video footage and transforming it into compelling, engaging content. You will be involved in all stages of the video production process, from filming to editing and finalizing the footage for use in social media campaigns, brand promotions, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:Videographer**:

- Operate video cameras, tripods, gimbals, and other equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Set up and manage lighting, props, and backgrounds for various shoots.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand the visual style and project objectives.
- Capture footage for various types of content, including behind-the-scenes, promotional, and social media videos.
- Ensure proper camera angles, framing, and composition for every shot.
- Organize and maintain video equipment, ensuring readiness for each shoot.

**Video Editor**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with the project’s goals.
- Add music, sound effects, graphics, animations, and other elements to enhance the video content.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure the final product meets the desired vision.
- Ensure high-quality video output, following brand guidelines and meeting deadlines.
- Review and revise edits based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay updated on new editing techniques and video trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in operating video cameras and editing software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and sound.
- Ability to edit videos with an eye for detail, creativity, and pacing.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing videography and editing work is a plus.
- Freshers with enthusiasm for both videography and video editing are welcome.
