About the role:
We're looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to our Company’s Director,
Dr.Gunjan Shah madam, preferably a female PA

About our company:

- ibrow is India's first brand of permanent makeup. We provide services, training & products related to Permanent makeup.
- We are pioneering a new Era of beauty and makeup in India, and our founder, Dr. Gunjan Shah ma’m, is also the current president of Indian Association of permanent make-up.
- We work in providing high quality trainings and products that enables our clients to start a career in the field immediately after the training. Our trainings are completely hands-on where the participants get to work on live models for several days, giving them complete confidence of stepping out and independently doing the procedures.
- We have our own training center and head office at Ahmedabad, and we also regularly conduct trainings at Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.

**Skills required for this role**:

- Efficient time management
- Attention to details is a MUST
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel to different cities across the country with Gunjan ma’m 2-3 times a month, for 3-5 days each.
- Should know how to ride a 2 wheeler (Activa) and have a valid licence.
- Proper data management on excel sheet
- Ability to work under pressure & multitasking
- Positive attitude towards challenging situations
- Ability to take decisions

**Job description**
- Managing communication with other staff at work and at her home
- Traveling with Gunjan ma’m for trainings, assisting with arrangements at venue (courier of material, arrangement of table, etc)
- Making travel arrangements for venue, air tickets, etc
- Coordinating with other doctors for communication related to conferences, events, and other matters
- Independently attending to work outside office
- Communicating with my digital/social media agency for updates on various matters
- Searching and coordinating with vendors for work and home matters (plumber/electrician/driver etc)
- Managing Gunjan ma’m’s calendar and reminding her of important events
- Coordinating with women’s associations etc to arrange for events and PR
- Attending business networking meetings on Gunjan ma’m’s behalf
- Ability to take on new tasks and attend to new tasks assigned

**Working days and hours**: 9:30 am-7:00 pm, Tuesday to Sunday

**Remuneration**:22,000-25,000 per month + incentives (upto 10,000 per month)

As a personal assistant, you will be expected to:

- Build long term professional relationships with our clients and vendors on behalf of Gunjan ma’m
- Maintain all data pertaining to calls and other communication with Gunjan ma’m’s contacts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve smooth work atmosphere
- Represent brand image during all interactions with clients and vendors and maintain the integrity and respect of the brand.
- Be polite, patient and pleasant with our clients and vendors at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
