**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for fruits, vegetables, and frozen categories.
- Source new suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, seasonal availability, and price fluctuations.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.
- Manage contracts and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Work closely with inventory planners and warehouse teams to forecast demand.
- Optimize stock levels to avoid overstocking and stockouts.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for timely deliveries and storage.
- Monitor and manage procurement budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Implement efficient procurement processes and tools.
- Ensure all procured goods meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams for regular inspections and audits.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement metrics, market analysis, and supplier performance.
- Analyze data to drive decision-making and improve procurement efficiency.
- Manage category sales and profitability through strategic planning, pricing and promotion optimization, financial performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and margins.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your superior, ensuring flexibility and support in meeting organizational goals and operational needs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
