:

- Access and analyze requirements using IVR call flow diagrams End to End IVR testing experience will be beneficial from call dialing in IVR till call transfer to an agent IVR test estimation and IVR report testing.
- Good handling Agent Toolbar Testing.
- High level understanding of Genesys platform is an added advantage.
- Must have knowledge in manual testing strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes.
- Create test plans execute test cases record test progress and results.
- Agile test mind-set & experience in agile delivery method.
- Active participation is agile ceremonies.
- Analyze and review user stories in JIRA and create High level and low-level test cases.
- Repository creation in HP ALM and execution.
- Defect life cycle & triaging.
- IVR and API log validation.
- API automation for test data mining
- Good to have knowledge of IVR test automation using Cyara automation tool

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of Contact Center and BFSI domain.
- Cloud Contact Centre architecture knowledge (Genesys Avaya)
- Must know IVR concepts and testing(manual/Automation)
- Knowledge of Agent routing/CTI.
- Good understanding of Genesys Designer and Analytics.
- Good understanding of API and testing familiarity using POSTMAN/SOAPUI (Manual/Automation)
- Should have ability to validate IVR and APU logs on SQL/Splunk or any other database tool.
- Good understanding of Natural language understanding (NLU) and Natural language processing
- Good understanding of IVR call flows and IVR prompts (Nuance) **Good at writing SQL queries and log analysis. Technical skills/tools knowledge**:

- Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- Genesys /Avaya Contact Centre solution
- ALM JIRA
- Omni channel Skill based routing Retirement/Banking/Fraud flows.
- POSTMAN
- Splunk SQL Voice Biometrics and OTP based testing

**Salary**: ₹1,150,000.00 per year
