**Position - Supply Chain Executive**

FOOD MOHALLA, established in 2017 in Navsari, Gujarat, is dedicated to providing wholesome food with a variety of delicacies on their menu. Pizza, the most recognized food item in the world, is a specialty at FOOD MOHALLA. **Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**:
Receive and process material orders from multiple stores located in various states and cities.

Forward orders to local vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to each store.

**Vendor Coordination**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local vendors.

Manage vendor accounts, review invoices, and facilitate timely payments.

Inventory Guidance and Management:
Regularly communicate with store manager to guide them on inventory management.

Collect and review inventory sheets, providing training and support as needed.

Maintain weekly updated inventory at company godown.

**Billing and Accounting**:
Generate bills for materials supplied to stores and ensure accuracy in billing.

Maintain monthly accounting sheets and coordinate with the CA for timely submissions.

**Collections**:
Manage collections from store locations in accordance with company policies.

Ensure timely submission of financial files to the CA by the 3rd of every month.

**Qualifications**:
Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience in Supply management

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

**Age-22 to 35 years**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
