**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create engaging visual and written content (photos, reels, videos, blogs, and product campaigns).
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- Write creative captions, ad copies, and storytelling content for social media and website.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated with beauty, skincare, and social media trends to create relevant content.
- Manage content shoots - from ideation to execution.
- Monitor performance insights and optimize content for better reach and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a **Content Creator / Social Media Content Specialist / Beauty Content Strategist**.
- Strong understanding of skincare, beauty, or wellness content.
- Proficiency in photography and video creation (mobile or professional).
- Good knowledge of editing tools - Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, etc.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- A keen eye for modern aesthetics and luxury branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- On-camera confidence for short videos/reels (optional but an advantage).
- Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
- Understanding of skincare ingredients and benefits.
