The company was established in 2017 and later on incorporated as partnership firm on 1st February 2018 and converted to a private limited company on 17th June 2019 and is situated at Vadodara Gujrat.

As a Sales Executive at our solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company, your main role is to connect with potential clients and help them understand the benefits of switching to solar energy. You'll be responsible for promoting our solar solutions and services, meeting sales targets, and building lasting relationships with customers.

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Identify and source potential residential customers for installing solar rooftop.
- Co-ordinate with other team members to develop new leads along with reference leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct meetings with customers to understand their current and future requirements and provide them complete product information along with our company’s strength.
- Demonstrate each and every benefit of our solar rooftop system.
- Prepare comprehensive tailored proposal and offer to customer.
- Negotiate with customer, if needed and secure profitable deal.
- Discuss and coordinate with sales manager to finalize agreements for further laisoning works.
- Ensure timely closure of sales transactions and meet all assigned monthly targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and govt. regulatory changes, affecting the solar energy sector.
- Provide feedback to the management about market conditions and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities our CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management reviews.

**Educations and Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline, Diploma/PG in marketing is a plus.
- Proven track record of marketing and sales experience 1 to 2 years. (Solar experience will be a plus)
- Experience in tele calling and client presentation/support.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Familiar with CRM software and sales analytical tools.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of solar solutions.
- Results-driven and able to work towards targets.
- skills including hands on experience with MS Word, MS excel, Internet is highly desired.
- Vehicle (Two-wheeler) and driving license must require.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
