**Job Title**: Podcast Video Editor
**Location**: Noida

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit long-form and short-form podcast videos for platforms like YouTube, Spotify Video, and Instagram Reels.
- Design and integrate creative thumbnails, lower thirds, transitions, and audio enhancements.
- Coordinate with content creators and scriptwriters to ensure the vision is maintained throughout the edit.
- Edit teasers, trailers, and highlight reels to promote episodes on social media.
- Maintain a consistent style, branding, and tone across all episodes.
- Ensure timely delivery of final edited versions, including revisions.
- Organize and archive project files efficiently for future use.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience editing podcast or talk show-style content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
- Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Adobe Audition or Audacity.
- Strong storytelling sense with the ability to cut boring segments and enhance engagement.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and color correction.
- Experience with different aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) for multi-platform content.
- Ability to handle feedback positively and revise content quickly.
- Good sense of timing, beat syncing, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience working with YouTube creators or podcast channels.
- Knowledge of social media trends and how to tailor edits for higher engagement.
- Experience with multi-camera edits and green screen keying.
- Familiarity with podcast publishing platforms and metadata requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
