The objective of "BITO Byte" is to create an engaging and insightful podcast series that highlights the achievements, experiences, and insights of prominent individuals from Bihar. These will include celebrity bureaucrats, professionals, and personalities from various fields. The podcast aims to inspire, inform, and connect the listeners with the rich legacy and modern contributions of Biharis across different sectors. Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Video Editor and Graphics Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing video content for our podcast and talk show, as well as creating engaging graphics that enhance our visual storytelling. Your creativity and technical skills will help bring our content to life and captivate our audience. Key Responsibilities**:Edit and assemble recorded video footage into compelling episodes, ensuring highquality audio and visual presentation. ** Collaborate with the production team to understand the vision and goals for each episode. **Create eye-catching graphics, including logos, lower thirds, social media assets, and promotional materials. ** Incorporate motion graphics and animations to enhance viewer engagement. **Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and maintains a consistent style. ** Manage and organize video files and project assets for easy access and retrieval. **Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to continually improve our content quality. Qualifications**: Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the podcast or entertainment industry. **Proficient in video editing software and graphic design tools. ** Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques. **Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ** Creative mindset with the ability to tell a story visually. **Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications**: Experience with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition). **Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for video content. ** Knowledge of color correction and sound design is a plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
