- Maintained a healthy NetApp storage by Configuring snapshots using Data OnTap FilerView and Scheduled daily weekly monthly backups using Snapshots Handling System Administrator activities of Backup Servers
- Troubleshooting FTP NFS NIS related issues Used Data Fabric Manager DFM Filer View and OnTap command line in monitoring managing reporting and provisioning storage to the users
- Expertise in Storage provisioning using SVM creation CIFS NFS and LUN creation in Cluster Mode Plan and Implement Ontap Upgrade

- Experience in managing and configuring various file systems through network using NAS SAN methodologies and installed RAID devices and identifying and analyzing technical issues and trouble shooting them
- Expertise with Snapshots SnapMirror Snapvault and NetApp management tools like OCUM Performance Manager Problem solving task prioritization communication and organization skills
- Able to work in a deadline environment Can work efficiently in a team and on individual tasks
- Experience in working on Major Incidents and Problem Management Establish Maintain and Mange delivery support team from the daily operations
- Ensure the attainment and maintenance of excellent levels of client satisfaction with regards to operational and storage support
- 24x7 on Call Support for Troubleshooting
