**Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians and engineers.

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day mechanical operations and maintenance activities.

Perform inspections of equipment, machinery, and systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal functioning.

Plan and execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs.

Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment and systems.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of plant systems.

Monitor and control inventory of mechanical parts and supplies.

Prepare and maintain detailed reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and team performance.

Provide training and support to the mechanical team to enhance their skills and safety awareness.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar role of experience 7 to 10yrs

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

Proficient in the use of mechanical tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.

Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across departments.

**Preferred Qualifications**

1. Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Professional Engineer (PE) License: Current PE license in Mechanical Engineering.

3. Industry Certifications: Certifications in mechanical engineering, such as CMRP or CEM.

4. Industry Experience: Experience in our industry or a related field.
