Strategy Executive

Tata CLiQ is the flagship digital commerce initiative of the Tata Group. It is a multi-category e-commerce platform, operating across categories such as Fashion, Footwear and Accessories, Beauty, and Luxury. It has a unique omnichannel marketplace model offering customers the convenience of quicker delivery (by shipping from store), easy pick-up and returns, across 1,200+ brands and 1,000 stores in 100+ Indian towns and cities.

**1. Strategy Executive**
- The Strategy Executive/Associate will be a key part of the Beauty Strategy Team at TATA CLiQ, reporting to the Head-Events, Engagement & Strategic Initiatives, and working closely with senior business leaders in Beauty. This is a high visibility, high impact Founder’s office role, which will work to continuously refine and build on the bold vision of TATA CLiQ Beauty. You will be expected to work on several interesting projects from research, to analysis & assessment to execution. This will be a hands on role. The most important quality we seek is willingness to learn, willingness to adapt, and willingness to execute.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with key stakeholders across multiple projects and work streams
- Developing an understanding of and staying current with the competitive landscape
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis on core strategic issues
- Lead key programs at a platform level
- Facilitating joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level business partners
- Generating creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations
- Working closely with business partners to implement recommendations

**Professional Qualifications**

- Exposure to management consulting, corporate strategy/development, marketing.
- Exposure in working across multiple business units/functions to drive decisions
- Exposure in eCommerce/Venture Capital/Start-up environment
- Strong academic record required; Undergraduate degree required. Premier institutes preferred.

- Strong willingness to learn | A passion for Beauty if possible
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving
- Ability to develop relationships across a diverse set of stakeholder communities
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
