**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Duties**:

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Director.
- Schedule meetings with venture capital firms, conduct market research, competitor analysis, and research existing non-executive directors and CTOs.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Make travel arrangements and manage itineraries for the Director and other team members.

**Personal Duties**:

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal information with the utmost discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and external/internal contacts to ensure smooth communication.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience managing both professional and personal responsibilities in a previous role.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
