Job Description: Personal Assistant (Office and Field Work)
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Work**:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and filing.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders for business requirements.
**Field Work**:
- Conduct on-site visits to vendors, clients, and partners as required.
- Handle banking tasks, courier services, and document deliveries.
- Assist with logístical arrangements and procurement tasks.
- Represent the company during meetings or inspections as needed.
- Manage any errands essential for business operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to travel locally for fieldwork.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
