**Job Title: Junior Interior Designer**

**Experience: 1-2 years**

**Location: Chembur**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Concept Development**: Assist in developing design concepts and themes for interior spaces based on client requirements, project goals, and design trends. Collaborate with senior designers to brainstorm ideas and create mood boards, sketches, and renderings.
- **Space Planning**: Assist in space planning and layout design for interior spaces, including furniture arrangement, circulation flow, and functional zoning. Use design software and tools to create floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- **Material and Finish Selection**: Assist in selecting materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for interior spaces, considering aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements. Research and source products and materials from vendors and suppliers.
- **Documentation**: Assist in preparing design documentation, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and presentations. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation in compliance with project requirements and standards.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to gather project requirements, present design concepts, and coordinate project details. Address client feedback and revise design proposals as needed to meet client expectations.
- **Project Coordination**: Support senior designers in coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design projects. Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities.
- **Site Visits**: Participate in site visits and inspections to assess project progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure compliance with design intent and specifications.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, technologies, and best practices in interior design. Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement through training, workshops, and networking.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in interior design or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
- Knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials, and finishes.
- Strong visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects, sketches, renderings, and technical drawings (if available).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)
- Sketchup: 1 year (preferred)
- 3ds Max: 1 year (preferred)
