**The Role**

No code is perfect. We know that even with our team of rockstar developers there is always going to be human error. It’s normal. That’s where you come in. We are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented person to help us test our code. As a QA Tester, you will work alongside our engineering team to ensure that our code is top-notch. By performing tests on our code and communicating the results with our engineering team, you can help us produce the most effective products that delight our clients. Your expertise will be crucial to help us identify and resolve bugs, glitches, and any other issues.

In the Trainee Associate Role, you will be responsible for
- As Trainee Associate you will be required to learn Innovapptive mobility Products such as RACE Dynamic Forms, RACE, mInventory, mWorkOrder and then deploy the solutions into various customer projects.
- Create and Test data preparation, Test scenario documentation etc.
- Test the configuration of the Innovapptive Mobile Application Product Primarily RACE Dynamic Forms (RDF) using Innovapptive RACE Configuration engine.
- Work on any bugs or issues for triaging and resolution.
- Work in the Testing team for FUT
- Work on issue resolutions and support during FUT, SIT, UAT, Go-live and Hypercare.

- Test new and existing features, debug code (units and integration) and report errors and failures
- Executes test cases under varying circumstances
- Work collaboratively with the developing team to correct errors and participate in testing for product releases
- Document and evaluate test results
- Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches
- Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
- Reviews test procedures and develops test scripts
- Partners with engineers to drive QA efforts

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Engineering Graduate with good academic record
- SAP PM knowledge and understanding (Trained)
- Prior Work Experience is not mandatory.
- Passion and aptitude to learn new skills and be able to work productively and efficiently.
- Good Professional Attitude, sincerity, Integrity
- Flexibility to stretch on work timing when required to meet project delivery deadlines.
- Work with patience and tact under time pressures.
- Strong oral and written communication skills,
