- SAP PM experience should be more than 3 years.- Should have two E2E SAP PM implementation.- Strong knowledge of SAP EAM modules, particularly Plant Maintenance (PM).- Experience in business process mapping and re-engineering.- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.- Analyze existing asset management processes and identify areas for improvement- Customize the system to meet specific business requirements and industry standards- Monitor and maintain data integrity within the EAM system.- Implement and configure the SAP Intelligent Asset Manager solution for clients- Monitor and analyze asset performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into asset utilization and maintenance needs.- Assist in the development of asset management strategies and best practices.- Work on integrating IoT devices with the SAP Intelligent Asset Manager to enable real-time data collection.- Ensure data accuracy and reliability from connected devices.- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.- Utilize machine learning algorithms to analyze asset data and predict maintenance needs.- Develop predictive maintenance models to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders for decision-making.- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users of the SAP Intelligent Asset Manager.- Maintain system documentation and user manuals.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
