**Job Purpose**

The Stores Manager will plan and implement strategies to achieve budgeted volumes in the Motorcycle Business which includes Motorcycle’s booking targets, Market share and Penetration of Make It Yours (MIY) sales. The incumbent will ensure that budgeted volumes/Revenues are achieved in GMA Revenue, Apparel Revenue. He/ she will strive to improve operational efficiency of the business by identifying areas of process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the sale of vehicles based on the goals and objectives as defined by the Regional Manager
- Responsible for achieving consistent sales of the stores
- Plan and achieve the organizational goals as set in the annual plan, in terms of volumes, market share and profitability
- Offer store sales manpower training as required
- Ensure that infrastructure is as per latest Corporate Identity Process norms and are compliant to all Royal Enfield norms/policies
- Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
- Ensure appropriate MIS reporting
- Rides and Customer Meets to be organized as per target
- Responsible for launch of various customer schemes as and when required based on the annual budgeted cost for the store
- Plan and implement sales promotional activities capturing optimum market shares
- Showcase consistent Customer satisfaction index & Sales Satisfaction index
- Maintaining relationship with business partners - Banks & Financial institutions - Coordinating appropriate supply of new vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordingly

**Work Experience**

Education

MBA / Bachelors in Engineering / Technology (Mechanical)

Experience: Fresher / Relevant Experience in sales or business development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
