**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Planning, Organizing, Co-coordinating, Communicating, monitoring, tracking of all communications of MD.
- Prepare internal and external PPTs for MD
- Schedule meetings, prepare/update share minutes to stakeholders, follow-up and closure of action points
- Manage travel itineraries.
- Data collation and maintenance.
- Arrange corporate events to take place both inside and outside the work place.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Responsible for recording, maintaining and reconciling Director's expenditure statements
- Providing assistance to visitors and staff as appropriate to their position, seniority and urgency.
- MDs Calander management and travel log.
- Business travel - booking flights, hotels, car hire, valet parking etc
- Organizing visas if required and arranging visa invitation letters to outstation and overseas visitors/ clients if any.
- Organizing food/refreshments for business lunches.
- Inputting, updating and maintaining contact details of internal and external stakeholders
- Organizing corporate & staff events.
- Taking minutes at various management meetings & circulating minutes.
- Organizing interviews/ liaising with recruitment agencies.
- Organizing MD’s personal / family cars - insurance, servicing, repairs etc.
- Assisting MD with personal holiday/events.
- Perform all the admin related activities allocated by MD
- All the above roles are to be performed with a strict level of confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
