Verification and monitoring of all inspection and testing activities as required by the project specifications, standards, and codes and approved inspection and test plans.
- Responsible for preparing QMS documents.
- Responsible for preparing the method of statement and ITP's for all electrical activates.
- Responsible for raising RFI and conducting all the electrical inspection with client Representative.
- Responsible for conducting the inspection of all electrical material before storage.
- Responsible for raising Client and initiating corrective action if the work was done is not as per Specification, Method Statement or as per approved drawing.
- Report to the Project Manager any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System.
- Responsible for ensuring that the work done is as per Project Specification, Method Statement and as per approved drawings. Also to ensure that all approved and inspected materials are used. Responsible for reviewing the drawings and inspection documents and ensuring to comply with the Client requirements. Preparing daily and weekly QA/QC reports for ongoing activates.
- Responsible for ensuring all the testing equipment are calibrated.
- Responsible for performing all the required test for LV, MV cable, and Equipment.
- Continually improved methods and procedures for processes, measurement, and documenting and workflow techniques.
