**Account Resolution Specialist**
You will be responsible for debt collections activities for the region. You are responsible for reaching out to clients and employers to collect payments on past due accounts and act as the liaison between the company and delinquent clients/employers.
Review of accounts in assigned queue to determine next course of action required to resolve the account.
Send notices as necessary to resolve accounts including letters and demand letters.
Make phone calls to customers advising them of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment based on financial situation.
Establish and maintain Payment Arrangements consistent with our established guidelines.
Keep detailed records of collections and status of accounts.
**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
