The PACU Staff Nurse provides diligent care to patients recovering from anesthesia post-surgery, ensuring their safe and comfortable recovery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor patients' levels of consciousness and vital signs following surgery.
- Assess and manage patients' pain and nausea, administering medications as needed.
- Observe for any side effects or complications arising from anesthesia.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, updating medical charts and files.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and address any concerns or questions.
- **Qualifications**:

- Valid RN license and a degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
- Certification as a Certified Post-Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using electronic hospital management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide comfort and reassurance to patients and families.
- **Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced post-anesthesia care unit requiring the ability to respond quickly to patient needs.
- Rotational shifts

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
