- Report for duty according to the planned roster
- Report on time for work
- Present in proper uniform and groom well
- Observe professional code of conduct
- Take detail Patient Handover with the file and check each record for completion
- Assess the assigned Patient and fill the initial assessment form at the time of admission and reassessment during every shift
- Prioritize the needs and give care accordingly
- Carry out all bedside nursing activities and document appropriately in activity billing sheet and in HIS.
- Attend doctors’ rounds and Carry out Doctors Orders.
- Carry out following activities and prepare the patient accordingly.
- Admission & Discharge Process.
- Pharmacy Indents.
- Cross Referrals.
- Lab Investigations.
- Service Booking.
- Patient Bedside Medicine
- Preparation for surgery
- Assisting for procedures
- Maintains effective communication with the patient and families and other health care team members
- Inform patient and family about the care
- Accompany the patient for investigations and other diagnostic procedures if required
- Any delay or problem regarding patient care or procedure inform to Senior Staff nurse/Team Leader/Nurse supervisor or Shift Nurse Supervisor on duty
- Any adverse event occurs in your unit should be informed immediately to Senior Staff nurse/Team Leader/Nurse supervisor or Shift Nurse Supervisor on duty
- In busy conditions seek help from colleagues or Senior Staff nurse
- Ensure hand hygiene before and after the procedure and in between patient care
- For newly admitted patients receive the patient and complete the admission documents and inform the concerned departments for supportive care
- Administer Medication as per the standard of practice of the hospital
- Attend the emergencies and give required immediate care
- Attend nutritional needs of patients
- Imparts health education to patients, families, and trainees

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Palakkad, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Malayalam (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License (preferred)
