Iso Coordinator

**Consulting and Advisory**:

- Provide expert advice on QMS and ISMS implementation and improvement.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist organizations in defining and documenting their quality and information security policies, objectives, and procedures.
- **System Development and Implementation**:

- Design and develop QMS and ISMS frameworks tailored to the organization’s needs.
- Guide the organization through the implementation of QMS and ISMS, ensuring alignment with ISO standards.
- **Training and Capacity Building**:

- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about QMS and ISMS standards and practices.
- Mentor and support internal teams to build competency in quality and information security management.
- **Audit and Compliance**:

- Prepare organizations for internal and external audits, including ISO certification audits.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of QMS and ISMS.
- Assist in responding to audit findings and implementing corrective actions.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Advise on the integration of QMS and ISMS with other management systems.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess risks related to quality and information security.
- Develop risk management strategies and mitigation plans.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Liaise with senior management to ensure alignment of QMS and ISMS with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure understanding and engagement with QMS and ISMS processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, Quality Management).
- Certifications in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer) are highly desirable.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in implementing and managing QMS and ISMS in diverse industries.
- Experience with ISO certification processes and audits.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with other relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NIST).
- Proficiency in process documentation and analysis tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
