**About the Organisation**:
Lighthouse Communities Foundation works in the area of skilling and livelihoods for underserved youth. This is a pioneering program with a strong PPP model, an agency-led approach to livelihoods and a vision of socio-economic transformation. The Lighthouses are run through a public-private partnership that empowers the Government, Corporates, NGOs and Citizens to work together towards changing lives. The provision of location and capital expenditure for the Lighthouse centres is taken care of by the Government. Corporates contribute through CSR funds to provide operational expenses. NGOs come on board to provide various skilling courses to the youth. With penetration in more than 400 of the 500 odd slum communities of Pune, the program has now expanded to other cities viz. PCMC, Dombivali, Aurangabad and also States viz. Delhi, Odisha and in Hyderabad.

**About Global Opportunity Youth Network**:
The Global Opportunity Youth Network (GOYN) is a global initiative catalyzing systems shifts for youth opportunity in communities around the world through the creation of sustainable training, employment, and income-earning pathways. GOYN works with “Opportunity Youth” — young people aged 15-29 who are out of school, unemployed, or working in informal jobs.

The Global Opportunity Youth Network, Pune is aimed at unlocking the economic potential for “opportunity youth” in Pune. Working on the principle of “Collective Impact”, GOYN Pune facilitates a deeper level of ecosystem collaboration and coordinated action to transform livelihood opportunities for Opportunity Youth at the city-level. The program is directed towards fulfilling the vision of access to dignified, productive, and sustainable livelihood for every Opportunity youth in Pune, with LCF as its anchor partner.

**The Project - Udaan**:
A pioneering project aimed to deploy GOYN’s place-based, collaborative approach, for bridging the gap between supply-side skilling organizations and demand-side employers to make the logistics sector aspirational for youth with limited awareness and improve longer-term employment outcomes in Pune.

**Your role to supplement the Organizational goals**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and employer preferences to align the institution's offerings with market needs.
- Plan and organize on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
- Collaborate with Employers, and students to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment activities.
- Provide guidance and training to students on resume writing, interview skills, presentation, and other skills essential for successful placements.
- Conduct mock interviews and workshops to enhance students' confidence and readiness for the job.
- Manage the entire placement process, from coordinating interviews to final offers, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of student placements and compile data for reporting purposes.
- Engage with alumni who have successfully entered the workforce to gather insights, network with potential employers, and establish a strong alumni network.
- Connect with two New Logistics Employers on a monthly basis to spread the employment network and provide more opportunities to the students.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and innovation in the placement process.
- Gather feedback from students, employers, and faculty to evaluate the effectiveness of the placement process.

**Preferred Skill Sets**:

- **Education**: Graduation/Masters in any domain.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in placement preferably in logistics.
- Strong networking and partnership building skills
- Deep empathy and a strong commitment towards Youth’s development and growth.
- Good Proficiency of Google Docs & Sheets, MS Office preferred.
- Strong verbal and written Communication Skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence and wisdom.
- Should be a Team Player.
- Should have a two wheeler.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
