**JD for Finance Executive in a Manufacturing Industry**
- Responsible for maintaining accurate Accounting records.
- Monitor the day-to-day Financial operations within the company, such as Payroll, Invoicing, and GST ,TDS transactions.
- Liaise with outside services for Tax preparation, Banking, and other financial needs as necessary.
- Prepare & present Financial reports & Statements to Senior managers, Board members and partners
- Stay up to date with Financial Accounting Standards & Income Tax related matters.
- Seek out methods for minimizing Financial risk to the Foundry.
- Raise Sales Invoices, Process Customer Receipts and follow up of Payments.
- Raise Purchase Orders, Process Supplier Invoices.
- Monitor and reconcile Receivables & Payables ledger accounts.
- Analyse Foundry’s Petty cash expenses.
- Calculate accruals and prepayments for with monthly reconciliation.
- Be responsible for checking the accuracy of own work and take accountability for actions, effectively manage own time, workload and resources.
- Responsible for Personal Development and work in accordance with Foundry values and core behaviours
- Undertake any other duties that may within reason be required from time to time for Foundry.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
