**THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a talented **UI/UX Designer** who can help us shape the company's design language, branding and online platform. We need a premium creator, an excellent designer, and a team player, all in one.

To ensure success as a **UI/UX Designer**, you should have experience with design software, Google Slides, and Adobe suite. You will be responsible for delivering premium and modern visuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will create mínimalistic website designs.
- You will work on original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).
- You will help us develop our design language, and branding guidelines.
- You will prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- You will be creating beautiful design assets that will elevate our company's image.
- You will conduct design adjustments based on stakeholders' feedback.
- You will adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

**The person who is right for this role is someone who**:

- 3+ years of experience in similar roles such as UI Designer, UX Designer, Product Designer, UX Architect, or similar
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills, especially when priorities change a lot.
- Ability to iterate at the drop of a hat.
- Detail-oriented and pixel-perfect obsessed.
- Critical thinker.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Problem solver and customer-centered.
- Knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Adobe XD, After Effects.
- Strong knowledge around Figma/Sketch.
- Has a very enthusiastic and innovative mindset.
- Updated on the latest Design trends.
- Open to learn about new tools, and new processes.
